Introducing Libchat! 

This new service, launched on a trial basis, allows you to interact with the ECLAC Library team (Santiago, Mexico, Port of Spain and Brasilia), directly from the web. For now, it has been activated on the Libguides (https://biblioguias.cepal.org/) and Explora (https://www.cepal.org/es/biblioteca) websites and we will gradually increase its availability to other web pages of the Library.

Starting today, if you have a query or request for information, in Spanish or English, click on the blue Libchat bubbles or button to chat with us and resolve your concerns directly online.

Libchat will be available Monday through Friday, between 11:00 am-13:00pm (Santiago, Chile). Depending on the complexity of the query, the answer will be offered immediately online, or by follow-up email.
