As part of the first virtual meetings of working groups established in the Action Plan to 2014, signatory countries celebrated the accession of Argentina to the Declaration on the implementation of Principle 10 of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.

The meeting of the working group on capacity building and cooperation was held on Friday, August 9, 2013 virtually and was attended by focal points of the signatories of the Declaration, government officials and public signatories.
