Last Wednesday, March 22, 2023, the interview conducted by DW (Deutsche Welle) with the Economic Affairs Officer of the ECLAC Natural Resources Division, Silvia Saravia Matus, was published. The theme was to review the water situation of Latin America and the Caribbean, and ECLAC's proposals for the region, towards the UN Water Conference.
