ECLAC analyzes the importance of financial inclusion for SMEs

He also addresses the obstacles that SMEs face in accessing the formal financial system; and explains why financial inclusion in Latin America must be seen as a productive insertion policy. Finally, he analyzes the role of development banks in innovation for financial inclusion.
