Fifty-fourth meeting of the Presiding Officers of the Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean

In consultation with the Government of the Dominican Republic, in its capacity as Chair of the Presiding Officers elected at the twelfth session of the Regional Conference on Women in Latin America and the Caribbean, held in Santo Domingo in October 2013, the Presiding Officers agreed to hold their fifty-fourth meeting immediately before the opening of the thirteenth session of the Regional Conference, which will be held in Montevideo from 25 to 28 October 2016.

At their fifty-fourth meeting, the Presiding Officers was consider the report of the Chair on the activities undertaken since their election in Santo Domingo and was examine the organization of work of the thirteenth session of the Regional Conference.
