The seventh extraordinary session of the Committee of the Whole of ECLAC was held from 16 to 18 January 1973, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. The Committee of the Whole is the subsidiary body of ECLAC which enables member Governments to meet between sessions of the Commission.
