How to Follow the Second Meeting of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development

All panels at the meeting will be broadcast live April 18-20. The invitation, on social networks, is to participate in the debates using hashtags #ForoALC2030 and #ForumLAC2030.

The second meeting of the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean will take place April 18-20 at the central headquarters of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) in Santiago, Chile. The purpose of the meeting is to analyze progress in the regional implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Participants will include representatives of government, the United Nations, international financial institutions and development banks, regional and sub-regional integration organizations, civil society, the parliamentary world, academia and the private sector from the region.

Web site

The web site created for the occasion, https://foroalc2030.cepal.org/2018/en,  provides general event information, accreditation forms, the program schedule, reference documents, press releases and news, as well as links to ECLAC’s social media. The site also lists the multiple actors participating, in addition to other information sources.

Live broadcast

All panels will be broadcast live. The direct link will be up shortly on the Forum web site. Any communications media or organization is free to reproduce the broadcast on their own internet portals.
