UNFCCC COP25: Launching of book "Climate change and human rights: contributions by and for Latin America and the Caribbean"

During the session, the book "Climate change and human rights: contributions by and for Latin America and the Caribbean" will be launched. This is a joint publication by the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), with the support of EUROCLIMA+.

The session will introduce the findings of the study, focusing on the main human rights standards applicable to climate change and the developments experienced in the region. There will be interventions by authorities of Latin America and the Caribbean.
