Regional meeting on progress and challenges in the implementation of the Escazú Agreement in Latin America and the Caribbean: towards an early entry into force

The aim of the meeting is to exchange experiences and good practices between countries, with the support of civil society, international organizations and other stakeholders, in the effective implementation of environmental access rights and discuss progress and challenges in the implementation of the Escazú Agreement, with a view to accelerate entry into force.

The meeting is aimed at representatives of the Governments and public of Latin America and the Caribbean. Limited spaces are available and prior registration is required. Those interested should e-mail: principio10.lac@cepal.org.

Simultaneous English-Spanish interpretation will be provided.
