Latin America and the Caribbean will have to adopt short- and long-term policies to tackle an international context characterized by fiscal uncertainty and financial volatility.
While uncertainties remain at the international level, the recovery of Argentina and Brazil and buoyant internal demand will enable the region to grow by around 3.8% next year.
