The Gender Affairs Division of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) participated in “Panel 3: Multi-stakeholder Cooperation: Opportunities for New Public-Private Partnerships” within the framework of the First Session of the Regional Conference on South-South Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
