La III Reunión Virtual de Especialistas “Hacia la Sociedad del Cuidado en América Latina y el Caribe: el cuidado del planeta” contó con la participación de representantes de la academia, activistas feministas, de organizaciones no gubernamentales, de pueblos indígenas, del Sistema de Naciones Unidas y de gobiernos. Fue un fructífero diálogo de intercambio de ideas para avanzar desde una perspectiva multisectorial hacia un horizonte con mayor igualdad. El encuentro se realizó el 23 de marzo, de modo virtual.

El evento “Financiamiento para la Igualdad de Género en el Marco del Desarrollo Sostenible” reunirá a representantes de Gobierno a nivel nacional y local y autoridades de instituciones financieras y a representantes de organismos del Sistema de las Naciones Unidas. A lo largo de las conversaciones intercambiarán experiencias, análisis y propuestas para incluir la igualdad de género en el financiamiento y en las iniciativas para impulsar una recuperación transformadora con igualdad.
