ECLAC Digital Repository joins REALC/OLADE

With the purpose of contributing to the dissemination and visibility of knowledge and research carried out by ECLAC, the contents of the Digital Repository have been incorporated into the database of the REALC / OLADE Virtual Library. Of the more than 38,000 documents of the Repository, 11 collections were selected with around 2,600 publications especially relevant in the areas of energy, sustainable development, environment and climate change. In this way, we extend the possibilities of consultation to the academic world, government, research and civil society organizations. The Network of Energy Documentation Centers in Latin America and the Caribbean (REALC), coordinated by the Documentation Center of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE), is made up of 21 libraries and documentation centers of energy ministries and secretariats The OLADE Member Countries, as well as organizations, research centers and universities related to the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. The Network is focused on working cooperatively to facilitate free and open access to information resources through the search portal, which integrates catalogs of institutional libraries and repositories and facilitates the consultation and access to bibliographic material in available digital and print format In each member center of REALC.
