ECLAC Will Present in Mexico its Report on the International Trade Outlook for Latin America and the Caribbean in 2018

The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) will release a new edition of its annual report on the region’s foreign trade next Wednesday, October 31, at 10 a.m. (GMT -6), at the organization’s Subregional Headquarters in Mexico City.

The International Trade Outlook for Latin America and the Caribbean, 2018 will be launched at a press conference presided by the Executive Secretary of the United Nations regional organization, Alicia Bárcena.

In this edition, the report analyzes the performance of international and regional trade in the last year and provides an outlook for the coming months. It also includes chapters focused on trade in metals and minerals and digital trade.

The launch will be transmitted live via the institution’s website.

The report was prepared by ECLAC’s International Trade and Integration Division.
