Hidden Treasures: Environmental dimension and development

In early 1978, based on recommendations from governments, the Economic Commission for Latin America (ECLAC) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) agreed to jointly carry out a research project and a regional seminar about Styles of Development and the Environment in Latin America.
