In March, ECLAC’s office in that country held a virtual workshop on training and capacity building in territorial linkages for southern Tolima department, focusing on five core themes: territorial identity, rural and urban ties, value chains present in the territory, the importance of telling regional stories, and the formulation and development of agreements and negotiations.
