The regional commission’s Office in Bogotá organized a radio program to reflect on the project analyzing territorial links in the department of Tolima.
The organization’s office in that country held three events to promote knowledge and territorial dialogue. One of the challenges of the project was to find good ways of strengthening rural-urban ties to generate more inclusive development.
