La cuarta edición del reporte LEDSenLAC incorpora el avance de veintisiete países de la región respecto a la implementación de la primera generación de NDC y sobre el contenido y características de la segunda generación de NDC (presentación de NDC nuevas o actualizadas) y presenta el análisis de la calidad de los avances y la integración de las metas climáticas con los marcos más amplios de planeación nacionales y sectoriales. Es un documento útil, de apoyo a profesionales, técnicos y tomadores de decisión que promueven la acción climática en América Latina y el Caribe.
