Chilean Finance Minister Alberto Arenas and the Executive Secretary of the United Nations organization, Alicia Bárcena, inaugurated the XXVII Regional Seminar on Fiscal Policy in Santiago, Chile.
The European Commission event was part of preparatory activities for the CELAC-European Union Summit of Heads of State and Government,
which will be held in January 2013.
