Convened by ECLAC Caribbean, the CDCC meeting is held every two years and gathers Caribbean Prime Ministers, Ministers and distinguished government officials.
In its latest annual report, ECLAC proposes that Caribbean countries revise the utility of the incentives used to attract FDI and advance towards a coordinated policy of promotion on a subregional level.
