The Head of State will be received on Tuesday, November 7 by the United Nations regional organization’s Executive Secretary, José Manuel Salazar-Xirinachs.
Paraguay will host the fourth Regional Intergovernmental Conference on Ageing and the Rights of Older Persons in Latin America and the Caribbean, to be held June 27-30 in Asunción.
