The thirty-second session of the Committee of the Whole has been convened by the Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the Government of Mexico, in its capacity as Chair of the Committee of the Whole, in preparation for the Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development.
