The problem of traffic congestion has been studied worldwide, and it has significant economic, social and environmental impacts. ECLAC Caribbean (Subregional Headquarters for the Caribbean of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean) has been researching and seeking to put numbers on the economic impact of #traffic  congestion in Trinidad and Tobago. This video offers a look at how ECLAC Caribbean approached the study of this common #development challenge.
