The sixteenth meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the CDCC took place in Georgetown, Guyana on 11 July 2013.
Representatives of thirteen member States of the CDCC attended the sixteenth meeting of the Monitoring Committee: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.
